Every 'best time to post' list online is written for a US audience. Kenya runs on East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3), and the reliable windows are different.
Office and finance audiences peak at lunch and early evening. Students peak late at night. Parents peak early morning and after 8pm. Food and lifestyle content performs across the evening. Don't copy a generic schedule — match your audience's routine.
Timing optimises the audience you already have. It won't fix a hook that loses people in the first second. Treat the schedule as the last 10% of the work, not the first.
